United Pharmatek's USG-200 Automatic Bottle Capping Machine is used for capping round, rectangular, and most irregular bottles. An optional large-capacity floor-level cap hopper can be added to stock caps for long runs without the need for continual refilling. The cap chute is adjustable for different sized caps and the unique design requires no changeover parts and no tools when changing cap sizes. The chute is capable of detecting caps in the cap chute, so the cap elevator will automatically stop when the cap chute is full. Consequently, a failsafe dual inspection system removes incorrectly oriented caps from the loading chute.
Our automatic bottle capping machine can handle a wide range of bottles and caps without any change-parts. The machine can run up to 120 bottles/min and work with bottle caps up to 120mm in diameter.
