Volumetric Piston Filler

Our Volumetric Piston Filler adopts advanced pneumatic parts from Germany FESTO and Japan SMC, and provides quick and easy operation. Our single-head piston fillers can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 50 bottles per minute, whereas our double-head piston fillers can achieve up to 100 bottles per minute. These fillers are all pneumatically operated and do not require an electrical power source or a product hopper.

The simple method of operation consists of having the operator drop a line of flexible tubing into a drum or tank, then adjusting the volume of fill to the desired setting. Then, an empty container is placed under the filling nozzle, and with a press of the foot pedal, the exact quantity of product is drawn from the drum and dispensed into the container. The piston filler can be operated as automatic or manual by using the press of a foot pedal. The pistons are made of 316L stainless steel and polyethylene with four Freon, in accordance with cGMP requirement.
