IBC Tank Series ULD Tote/Containers are one of the most popular material handling containers used in the material handling flow of solid dosage in the pharmaceutical industry. Different types of manufacturing processes in solid dosage can be operated in the same tank. The frequent charging and discharging of materials is reduced thus avoiding dust and cross pollution in the pharma industry. Made of stainless steel 304 or optional 316L, the IBC Tanks are in conformity with GMP requirements.
Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC Tanks) are made of Austenitic stainless steel. All angles are cambered – there are no dead angles. They have non-concave/non-convex faces and no screws on the surface. The inside and outside surfaces are polished to high quality. The roughness degree inside is Ra = 0.2 µ m, and outside is Ra = 0.4 µ m. Silicon seal is used on the cover to ensure the containers are airtight. The custom butterfly discharge valve, which also has no dead angles, is easy to dismantle and clean.
