United Pharmatek's VFFS Sachet Packaging Machines are designed and engineered to produce pouches with outstanding quality and precision for different applications. We offer 4 different machines for filling either tablets or capsules, powder, granules, and liquids. They are capable of forming, filling, and sealing laminated, metalized or polyethylene materials into pouches. They are all made with a 304 stainless steel frame for a cleaner design and easier maintenance.

The UXL-80TC is a Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed to package tablets or capsules. This fully automatic vertical packaging machine uses a counting/feeding disk to count and fill the tablets or capsules in 3-sided sealed pouches / bags.

The UXL-80PV is a Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed to package powders. This fully automatic vertical packaging machine uses an auger filling system to fill powders into 3-sided sealed pouches / bags.

The UXL-80G is a Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed to package granular products. This fully automatic vertical packaging machine uses a volumetric cup dosing to fill granular products in 3-sided sealed pouches / bags.

The UXL-80L is a Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed to package viscous liquids and paste products. This fully automatic vertical packaging machine uses a stainless-steel volumetric pump filling system to form 3-sided sealed pouches / bags.
