Multi-File Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine (VFFS)

United Pharmatek's Multi-File VFFS Sachet Packaging Machines uses modern touch screen and PLC control technology, making it easy to use and very accurate. It's made entirely of stainless steel to meet high cGMP standards, ensuring it's durable and reliable. This machine can package eight pouches at once, automatically handling tasks like making sachets, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and stamping lot numbers. It comes with molds for filling two caplets, and has a photo register feature and an optional ribbon printer for stamping lot numbers .

The machine has electronic temperature control systems for both horizontal and vertical sealing, ensuring precise seals every time. You can adjust the length of the sachets, and it has a vibrate disk for feeding tablets, ensuring accurate tablet sorting and counting. It can handle different pouch sizes and has a large conveyor for finished products. The machine also supports four-side sealed packaging, making it perfect for high-demand production needs.
