Model UTD-800 Vibratory Tablet Deduster fulfills one of the most important parts of solid dosage manufacturing: dust extraction from the tablets. This spiral deduster has a vibrated spiral path perforated sieve. The tablets enter into the perforated sieve directly from the tablet press, then they are gently vibrated and moved forward, turning and rotating along the spiral path.
Its advantages include a long dedusting path, automatic tablet polishing of all sides/angles, and high quality dedusting without causing damage to the tablets. It can act as a delivering device for any shape and size of tablets. Model UTD-800 removes dust and burrs from the tablets while they are being transported upwards through a continuously vibrating spiral. It is designed and manufactured in conformance with cGMP standard.
